What do you need to know about Open Records?

On Thursday, August 14, 2008; C. J. Enterprises, Inc. (CJE) in conjunction with the Tennessee Office of Open Records Counsel, provided a Lunch and Learn Workshop that provided valuable information regarding the new provisions of Tennessee's Public Records Law.

 • What fees can be charged in connection with producing material in a Open Records Request?
 • Are you prepared to respond to an Open Records Request in writing and defend your reasoning in a
    Tennessee court?
 • Can you legally reduce storage and production costs by converting records to electronic images?
 • Can you gather and review email records efficiently?
